Vittoria di tappa e conquista della maglia di leader: Marta Tagliaferro alza le braccia al cielo sulle strade della 2a tappa al Tour Femenino de San Luis, dopo aver sfiorato il successo nella tappa d’esordio. Alle sue spalle l’ucraina Valeriya Kononenko e la compagna #yellowfluorange Anna Trevisi, ancora protagonista che ha anticipato un’altra #yellowfluorange, Emilia Fahlin, 4a all’arrivo. Ora l’atleta vicentina del Team Alé Cipollini Galassia, Marta Tagliaferro, è al comando della classifica generale e guida con 7” di vantaggio nei confronti di Coryn Rivera.

Marta Tagliaffero commenta così il suo successo: “Questa vittoria la dedico ad una persona speciale, a mia nonna, morta improvvisamente quando sono atterrata a Buenos Aires. Sapevo di stare bene, ma non sapevo se la testa sarebbe stata bene come le gambe. É stata una vittoria di squadra, le ragazze hanno tirato e lavorato bene: Emilia nel finale ha fatto un allungo che mi ha permesso di impostare una volata limpida. Sono molto felice, questa è una vittoria davvero importante”. Grandi risultati e segnali importanti ricevuti da tutto il team. Oggi andrà in scena la terza tappa: la Naschel – Merlo, di 121,3 km. Sarà una frazione nervosa, che potrebbe dare qualche scossa alla generale, oggi guidata dalla vicentina Tagliaferro. Le atlete dirette da Fabiana Luperini, cercheranno di difendere il primato.
